Please review the ACL Support Terms as they apply to all ACL supported software.
Suspension of Software Licenses:
ACL Support Terms require you to purchase Support at the same service level for all licenses within a specific platform and you must purchase Support for all software you have licensed from ACL.
If you do not use all of your Software licenses, you may suspend some of those licenses by following this process:
1. Notify ACL of the number, types and serial numbers of licenses to be suspended.
2. ACL will prepare a suspension form, which you will need to sign.
3. Once the suspension has been processed, you will not be able to use those software licenses, you will not have access to any Support for such licenses (this means you will no longer be able to access the software via the ACL Support Center to install the software).
4. If you decide at a later date, you would like to use the suspended software licenses again, you may do so after notifying ACL and paying a Support reinstatement fee.
The Support reinstatement fee is calculated as follows:
Payment of any back Support fees due up to a maximum of 24 months plus 12 months of Support fees for all applicable software (for the new Support term).
Back support will be calculated based on the current ACL price list. Support reinstatement fees cannot be discounted.
